If you request cancellation before production starts, we can approve a refund.
Duplicate payment or accidental duplicate order
If you were charged twice or placed the same order more than once by mistake, we can refund the duplicate payment after verification.
Non-delivery (issue on our side)
If we are unable to deliver your commercial due to an internal issue and cannot complete the order, a refund may be approved.
Unusable delivery (technical issue)
If the delivered file is corrupted or unusable and we cannot provide a working replacement, a refund may be approved.
When Refunds Are Not Available
Because Vidiozen delivers custom digital work, refunds are not available when:
- Production has already started on your order
- The commercial has been delivered and you later change your mind
- The outcome is affected by unclear/low-quality photos, missing angles, or incomplete product details
- Incorrect product information was submitted (wrong product, wrong details, wrong instructions)
- Requests fall outside the original scope of the order
Fixes & Refinements
If something feels off, we encourage you to reach out. In most cases, issues can be resolved through reasonable refinements, such as:
- Minor pacing adjustments
- Small scene polish
- Audio timing fixes
- Simple formatting/text corrections (if applicable)
To request a fix, please share:
- The issue in 1–3 bullet points
- The exact timestamp (if relevant)
- Any corrected product photo/details (if needed)

If you received a commercial for free, no payment was made—so refunds do not apply.
How to Request a Refund
