You agree to provide accurate information, submit content you own or have rights to use, and ensure submitted materials do not infringe third-party rights.
Payments and Fees
All fees must be paid in full before production begins. Payments are handled securely through trusted third-party payment providers.
Delivery and Revisions
Delivery timelines are communicated at the time of order. Reasonable refinements may be provided within scope; additional requests may require extra fees.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which explains eligibility based on production stage and issue type.
Ownership and Usage Rights
You retain ownership of your submitted content. Once delivered and paid for, ownership of the final commercial belongs to you. Vidiozen may showcase completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.
